LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost, please contact info@interpret-collective.com with your order number. We will work to resolve this issue and file a claim with USPS. Interpret Collective is not responsible for packages with a delivery confirmation for the listed address without specific proof that there was no delivery but we will do our best to make it right.
